Kick Ball League 10/2 - 10/30 Friday Nights 
 
5 weeks long.  Possible double headers each night depending on number of teams.  Play from 6:00pm-9:00pm on coL. Play from 7:00pm-9:00pm on aRena.Teams of 7-10 players @ $360 per team.7 players on the field at a time, all players will bat.Roof and rafters are in play if hit past the 3rd beam.  Anything in front of that beam is a foul ball and a dead ball.5 inning games or 50 minutes unless tied. Tie will result in extra innings with a player starting on second base (last out of previous inning will be runner.If team is stalling one warning will be given, then second infraction will award the opposing team a runner on second if batting or one out if fielding.3 outs per inning. 4 fouls equals an out, foul with 2 strikes equal an out. 4 balls is a walk (outside of taped line around plate one foot on either side of plate.)Player will be out if hit with the ball below the shoulders while not on a base, or if the ball is caught on base before runner arrives. Tie goes to the runner.All nets and walls hit in the air are foul balls and dead balls.  This will help with safety for players. Ground balls or bouncing balls are live off the wall if kicked past the pitcher. Ball that does not travel past the pitcher are foul.Cannot kick ball past home plate and cannot pitch in front of black dot/rubber. Infractions will result in a ball for pitcher or strike for batter.Far black line is the Home Run line.  Ball can be caught for an out beyond the line, but if ball goes over the line and is not caught it equals a HR.  Also, a safety measure for players and wall contact.Medium to slow pitches only.  Pitches deemed to fast by umpire will result in a re pitch.Mercy rule- can only score 10 runs in an inning.  If down by more than 10 runs in the 4th inning games is called.Bases will be set up on designated points on the field.  All plays at bags are force outs. Defense can use entire black box (Turkey Bowl Boxes) at first and third base to catch ball for an out. Safety measure to reduce collisions. We will supply kick balls, no outside balls can be used.Players can wear athletic shoes or molded cleats. Team is also asked to wear the same or near same colored shirts.
